Georgians Padel Terms & Conditions

By using the facilities and services provided by Georgians Padel, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Facility Usage

All users must follow club rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from staff.
Users are responsible for any damage to property caused by negligence or misconduct.
2. Court Booking & Cancellations
Courts can be booked in advance, subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or loss of booking privileges.
Cancellations within 24 hours must be made via email. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.

3. Coaching & Lessons

May offer coaching at Georgians Padel.club-approved coaches- Only
Lessons must be booked through official club channels.
Coaching from non-approved coaches is strictly prohibited.

4. Group Coaching, Courses & Camps

Full payment is required at registration to secure a place.
Bookings are first-come, first-served. Priority may be given to returning players in high-demand programs.
Waiting lists may be created for oversubscribed sessions.
In case of cancellation due to low registration, alternative arrangements will be suggested.
Courses are paid upfront and non-refundable. Transfers are only at the club's discretion.

Sessions run regardless of weather unless deemed unsafe by the club. Coaches may use off-court activities if needed.
In the event of a cancellation, credit will be issued to your club account.
Please inform the club of any relevant medical conditions. We reserve the right to decline bookings if accommodations cannot be met.
We may advise alternative classes or deny entry based on age/ability suitability.
Player substitutions are not allowed.

5. Adverse Weather Policy

As an outdoor venue, adverse weather conditions may occasionally affect play at the club. This policy explains how weather-related disruptions are handled and should be read alongside our FAQs and Terms and Conditions.

Please read this policy carefully before booking.

Weather conditions do not automatically mean that play will be cancelled. We monitor conditions closely and will only cancel bookings if the court is unplayable.

Examples of conditions that may make a court unplayable include:

Heavy rain
Standing water or puddles on court
Lightning
Strong winds
Any other conditions that, in the club’s view, make play unsafe or unreasonable

The decision as to whether a court is playable rests solely with Georgians Padel.

If the court is deemed unplayable, you will be contacted approximately 1 hour before your booking time.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

If we cancel your booking because the court is unplayable due to weather:

You will be notified by the club
A credit will be issued to your account
No refund will be made to the original payment method

Please note that we do not cancel bookings in advance based on the forecast alone. Decisions are made as close as reasonably possible to the booking time, based on actual court conditions.

4. Cold Weather Guidance

Play may still go ahead during cold weather provided the courts remain safe and playable.

We recommend that players:

Wear suitable clothing
Warm up properly before play
Take extra care in colder conditions

5. Coaching Sessions

Group Coaching

If less than 50% of the session is completed, a credit will be issued
If more than 50% of the session is completed, the session will be considered fulfilled and no credit will be issued

Private Coaching

If a session is interrupted due to weather, time used will be rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes
Any unused time will be issued as credit

6. Events and Tournaments

If an event or tournament is cancelled due to adverse weather:

A credit will be issued
If more than 50% of the event has been completed, the event will be considered fulfilled and no credit will be issues

7. Changes to This Policy

Georgians Padel reserves the right to amend this Wet Weather Policy at any time where necessary.
Any updates will take effect once published.

8. Membership

Membership is annual and renewable after 12 months.
Payment is due in full and provides access to all applicable member benefits.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Memberships cannot be paused or suspended mid-term.
Membership Benifits apply to the member & 1/4 of the court

9. Safety & Liability

Members are responsible for their own safety.
Georgians Padel is insured via the LTA, but players are advised to carry personal insurance as well.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws and used solely for club-related purposes.

11. Amendments

Georgians Padel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to check for the latest version, available online or at the club.

12. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of club rules or inappropriate conduct, without refund.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Georgians Padel is based. All disputes will be handled by the appropriate local courts.
By using Georgians Padel facilities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
